At zoe kratzmann, we want you to love your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns for a refund or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass quality inspection.
